This nation is in serious trouble. Many states Republican controlled legislators are trying their best to denigrate voters who would more than likely vote for Democrats off the voting rolls. Our neighboring state, Wisconsin, is one of them. The more they can keep people from voting the better chance they have for complete control of the state.
I read that a Wisconsin State Representative proposed that the United States Flag should be flown at half mast due to the death of Rush Limbaugh. I wonder if he also asked the same consideration for the policeman who was killed during the January 6th’s riot at our nation’s capital?
Over the past four years I have found many people who would accept authoritarian rule over any other leadership that would show empathy or sympathy to the nation’s constituency. To them they are not their “brother’s keeper” and if you are having a difficult time with tragedies in your life, “tough luck.”
I believe a cult has developed in our nation and many are being brainwashed. I happened to be watching Fox’s Laura Ingraham saying that the people responsible for the January 6 riot were actually “antifa” members who were posing as Trump supporters. Unfortunately, there are millions of people who actually believed her. It is very sad to see where we are headed. V
